What do you think about age stereotypes?

Now we are in 2020 and we have a different point of views. The stereotypes are overvalued, there a lot of people with different characteristics. We are not following to the rest.
Every day is more normal know about people who is different, the physical appearance is not a point of reference to know who the person is. The teenagers are more mature. sensible and well-balance, not every teenager are stubborn, unenthusiastic and lazy, and is the same if we talk about elderly people, not everyone is narrow-minded,  clumsy or wise.
